摘  要:目的对16层螺旋CT与单螺旋CT导引下肺炎型肺癌的穿刺活检进行对比评价,探讨其确定有效组织的价值及安全性。方法对分别在16层螺旋CT、单螺旋CT引导下穿刺活检的50例肺炎型肺癌患者进行回顾性分析,对上述患者穿刺活检后的CT检查,诊断是否有出血、气胸等并发症,并对比穿刺时间、取材准确性及并发症出现率。结果 16层CT穿刺活检组50例中取得满意组织并确诊45例,穿刺平均时间(22.8±2.3)min,并发症出现率8%;单螺旋组50例中取得满意组织并确诊37例,穿刺平均时间(35.6±3.1)min,并发症出现率12%;在不同CT导引下穿刺取材时间及取材准确性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症出现率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 16层螺旋CT扫描定位下的穿刺活检在取材时间及取材准确性上优于单螺旋CT;Objective To compare the evaluation of biopsy on 16 slice spiral CT and single spiral CT guided pneumonia type carcinoma of lung, to explore the diagnostic value and safety of it. Methods In 50 cases of lung cancer guided biopsy in 16 slice spiral CT, single slice spiral CT were analyzed retrospectively, examination of the collected samples for cytology orpathology, biopsy underwent CT examination, diagnosis if there are complications of bleeding, pneumothorax, and analyze the puncture time, sampling accuracy and the incidence of complications. Resuits 16 layer CT biopsy 50 cases achieved satisfactory tissueand 45 cases were diagnosed, the average time ofpuncture in (22.8±2.3) minutes, 8% complications; single serewgroup 50 cases obtained satisfactory tissue and 37 cases were diagnosed, the average time of puncture in (35.6±3.1)minutes, 12% complications; in different CT guidedpuncture sampling time and sampling accuracy there was significant difference (P〈0.05), the incidence of complications was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Sixteen slice spiral CT scanning and positioning of the biopsy sampling time and sampling on accuracy is superior to that of single slice spiral CT; 16 slice spiral CT can be used as the preferred method for qualitative diagnosis of pneumonia type carcinoma of lung.
