摘　　要：目的分析乏脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)在多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描中的表现,旨在提高乏脂肪RAML的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描并经病例证实的25例乏脂肪RAML患者资料,总结其CT特征。结果乏脂肪RAML在瘤体的多发、瘤体形态特征(突出肾轮廓比及夹角、杯口征、劈裂征、无假包膜)、瘤体的内部信息(黑星征、无钙化等)、强化程度及模式(均匀强化、延迟强化)方面有一定的特征性。结论瘤体多发、形态特征、内部信息及强化特点对乏脂肪RAML具有重要的诊断价值。Objective To analysis diagnosis valuation of renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat in muhislice spiral CT（MSCT）, to improve the diagnostic accuracy of RAML with minimal fat. Methods The MSCT plain and enhanced scanning manifestations of 25 cases of RAML with minimal fat confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results RAML with minimal fat has a certain characteristics in the multipe tumor,tumor morphological characteristics （protrusion rate and angle, cup sign, split sign, no pseudocapsule）, the internal information of tumor （black star sign, no calcification）, enhancement degree and pattern （homogeneous enhancement,）. Conclusion Multi- pl,morphological character,internal information and enhance pattern of the tumor on MSCT characteristics are helpful in making the specific diagnosis of RAML with minimal fat.
