摘　　要：患者女,43岁。右侧面颊部出现青灰色斑片40余年,全身皮肤出现多发结节及咖啡色斑30余年。背部皮肤结节组织病理学检查提示神经纤维瘤病改变。诊断:太田痣并发神经纤维瘤病。A 43-year-old female presented with a grey spot on her right face for 40 years, presented with skin muhiple nodules and coffee color spots for 30 years. The pathology of the nodules on her back revealed neurofibromatosis. The diagnosis of nevus of ota with neurofibromatosis was made.
