摘　　要：国家科技重大专项是科技计划整合为五类后在"十三五"时期继续重点实施的一类科技项目,是我国科技发展的重中之重。本文通过分析科研院所在国家科技重大专项管理中存在的若干问题,提出了解决问题的对策与建议,为提高国家科技重大专项项目管理水平提供参考。National science and technology major projects to continue to focus on the implementation of a kind of science and technology plans after integrated into five categories in the 13th five-year plan period; it is the top priority of science and technology development. The paper analyzes some problems existing in the research institutes management on the national science and technology major project, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to provide reference for improving national science and technology major project management level.
