精神科护士对继续教育需求的调查分析

摘　　要：了解精神科护士继续教育的目的、形式和内容的需求,有针对性地制定并实施教学计划。方法:发放“精神科护士对继续教育的需求调查问卷”,对80名精神科护士进行问卷调查,内容包括接受继续教育的目的、最佳形式、学习内容等。结果:35.3%的护理人员接受继续教育的目的是为了提高业务,27.1%的护理人员是为了满足学分管理要求,23.5%的是为了晋升,14.1%的是为了提高学历。结论:精神科护士迫切需要通过多种学习形式学习专科知识、新技术、新业务,以提高工作能力。Objective:To understand the purpose, the form and content requirements of continuing education about psychiatric nurses, thus targe- ted to develop and implement teaching programs. Methods:Grant 80 psychiatric nurses questionnaire on continuing education, Including education pur- poses, the best form of learning content and so on. Results:purposes of nurses continuing education , 27. 1% meet the requirements of credit manage- ment, 23.5% is for promotion, 14. 1% is to improve education. Conclusion:Psychiatric nurses are urgent to learn specialist knowledge, new technolo- gy, new business through various forms of learning in order to improve the ability to work.
