摘　　要：本文在省级重点教研课题研究基础上,结合我校大工程背景下高级应用型人才培养目标和"三大"教育理念,分析了师资队伍建设的重要性,阐述加强师资队伍建设是提高实践教学质量的有效途径,积极探索提高师资队伍建设的方法,以不断适应学校办学特色和人才培养的需要。Based on the research of the provincial key teaching research topic, combined with the training target of senior applied talents and ＂three major＂ education ideas under our university＇s great engineering background, this paper analyzes the importance of teaching staff construction, points out that to strengthen teaching staff construction is an effective way to improve practical teaching quality, and actively explores the methods to improve teaching staff construction, in order to meet the needs of school-running characteristics and talent cultivation.
