以升应用本科为契机,加强学校内涵建设——以江西工程学院为例

摘　　要：本文阐述了如何以升应用本科为契机,加强学校内涵建设,重点从转变办学理念,科学定位人才培养模式;进一步加大办学投入,改善办学条件;加强师资队伍建设;突出办学特色与品牌建设;加强实验实训教学,全方位促进校企合作五个方面,谈了点自己的刍见。This paper elaborates how to strengthen quality construction by means of the opportunity of upgrading to application-oriented undergraduate colleges mainly from five aspects：transforming school-running ideas and scientifically positioning talent cultivation modes; further increasing school-running investment and improving school-running conditions; enhancing teaching staff construction; highlighting school-running characteristics and brand construction; strengthening experiment and training teaching and comprehensively promoting college-enterprise cooperation.
