摘　　要：目的探究尤瑞克林治疗急性前循环脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将64例急性前循环脑梗死患者随机分为两组各32例,分别采用常规治疗和尤瑞克林联合常规治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),患者NIHSS(神经功能缺损)评分和Barthel指数(日常生活能力)评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性前循环脑梗死采用尤瑞克林治疗效果良好。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Yuri Clinton for the treatment of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction. Methods 64 cases of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each, respectively, using conventional treatment and urinary kallidinogenase combined with conventional treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results In treatment group, the total efficiency is higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, NIHSS neurologic impairment score and Barthel Index （activities of daily living （ADL） score improvement were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction by Yuri Clinton have good curative effect.
