关于地方本科院校转型发展的思考

摘　　要：地方本科院校转型发展的呼声日渐高涨,笔者认为改革成功的关键在于教师的专业素质。为发挥已有教师的潜能,需要科学合理地进行课程设置和教学安排,文章对此给出了一些具体可行的方案。然而也需指出,这些方案能否实施取决于学校的顶层设计以及相关部门的配套政策。Now, it becomes a focus to transform the regional undergraduate colleges. In authors＇ opinions, whether this reform succeeds depends critically upon the professional quality of teachers. In order to inspire potentials of existing teachers, the training plan and the teaching schedule should be scientifically and reasonably worked out, for which some practical schemes are given in the paper. However, it should be pointed that, the top-level design of college and companied supporting policies play the key roles in their executions.
