摘 要:为了提高剩余污泥厌氧消化的转化效率,文章探讨了外加蛋白酶或纤维素酶对污泥的水解和厌氧消化产气性能的影响。实验结果表明,蛋白酶和纤维素酶的最适投加量分别为60 mg·g-1TS和20 mg·g-1TS,两种酶的最适反应时间和温度均为4 h和50℃;在此反应条件下,污泥的SCOD分别能提高12%和28%。经蛋白酶和纤维素酶处理后的污泥进行厌氧消化,产气量分别提高7.3%和12.9%。因此,可以得出结论:外加蛋白酶或纤维素酶可以促进污泥的水解和厌氧消化转化效率。In order to improve the anaerobic digestion efficiency of sludge, the effects of exogenous protease or edlulase on hydrolysis performance and anaerobic digestion of waste activated sludge were studied in this paper. It was demonstrated that the optimal dosing of protease and cellulase were 60 mg ·g^-1TS and 20 mg·g^-1TS, respectively, and the optimum reaction time and temperature were 4 h and 50 ℃, under which effiuent SCOD of sludge hydrolysis increased by 12% and 28% respectively. The enzyme treated sludge under went the anaerobic fermentation, and the gas production were 7.3% and 12.9% higher than the control, respectively. It thus be concluded that the hydrolysis and anaerobic digestion efficiency of sludge could be promoted by adding of protease or cellulase.
