摘　　要：心血管疾病是维持性血液透析患者的主要并发症和死亡原因,占大约40%,其中心脏骤停是其最危险、最严重的并发症,分析血液透析患者突发心脏骤停原因,有利于避免其发生。同时探讨心脏骤停的抢救处理,有利于增加抢救成功率。Cardiovascular disease is a major complication of maintenancehemodialysis patients and the cause of death, about accounted for about 40%, including cardiac arrest is the most dangerous, the most serious complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients with sudden cardiac arrest reason, is conducive to avoid. At the same time to explore theemergency treatment of cardiac arrest, help to increase the success rate of rescue.
