食管颗粒细胞瘤1例的误诊及文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨食管颗粒细胞瘤(EGCT)的病理形态学特征及鉴别诊断。方法采用镜下见肿瘤细胞呈圆或梭形,胞质丰富,黏膜下固有层见紧密排列的形态一致的圆或卵圆形细胞,包浆颗粒状。结果(食管)颗粒细胞瘤。结论绝大多数为良性肿瘤,确诊依赖于病理形态特点及免疫组化标记。Objective To study the esophageal granular cell tumor （EGCT） of the histological features and differential diagnosis. Methods The tumor cells were round or fusiform, abundant cytoplasm, lamina propriamucosaseen under closely spaced morphology consistent round or oval cells, patina granular. Results （Esophagus）Granular cell tumor. Conclusion The vast majority of benign tumor, diagnosis depends on pathological morphologyandimmunohistochemical features.
