摘 要:目的探讨大学生身体自我认知与减肥行为的关系。方法采用自编问卷对200名成都市高校在校大学生(男生100人,女生100人;医学生100人,非医学生100人)进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果男生身体自我认知正确者48人(48.0%),女生身体自我认知正确者51人(51.0%),不同性别大学生身体自我认知正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.18,P=0.66);医学生身体自我认知正确者46人(46.0%),非医学生身体自我认知正确者53人(53.0%),不同专业大学生身体自我认知正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.98,P=0.32);大学生身体自我认知正确并有减肥行为者36人(36.4%),大学生身体认知错误并有减肥行为者52人(51.5%),大学生身体自我认知正确者减肥率低于身体自我认知错误者且差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.64,P=0.04);男生有减肥行为者32人(32.0%),女生有减肥行为者56人(56.0%),不同性别大学生的减肥行为差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.69,P=0.00);医学生有减肥行为者40人(40.0%);非医学生有减肥行为者48人(48.0%),不同专业大学生的减肥行为差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.30,P=0.25)。结论大学生身体自我认知偏差的现象必须引起足够的重视,高校应加强大学生正确认识自我的教育,帮助大学生树立正确的身体观,促进他们身心健康成长。Objective To investigate the relationship between body selLcognition and weight losing behavior of college students. Method 200 colleges students (I00 male, 100 female; 100 medical students, 100 non-medi- cal students) in Chengdu were surveyed by self-edited questionaire and the survey results were analyzed. Re- sults The number of male students with correct body self-cognition was 48, accounting for 48.0 ~/00 ; that of fe male students was 51, accounting for 51.0%; and the difference in correct self-cognition between the two gen- ders was not statistically significant (x^2 =0.18 ,P =0.66). The number of medical students with correct body self-cognition was 46, accounting for 46.0%; that of non-medical students is 53, accounting for 53.0%~ the difference between different majors was not statistically significant (x^2= 0.98, P 0.32). The number of students with correct body self-cognition and weight losing behavior was 36, accounting for 36.4 %; the num- ber of students with wrong body self-cognition and weight losing behavior was 52, accounting for 51.5%; the former was lower than the latter and the difference was statistically significant (x^2= 4.64, P = 0.04). The number of male students with weight losing behavior was 32, accounting for 32.0% that of female students was 56, accounting for 56.0%; the difference in weight losing behavior between two genders was statistically significant (x^2=11.69, P=0.00). The number of medical students with weight losing behavior was 40, ac counting for 40.0 %; that of non-medical students was 48, accounting for 48.0%; the difference in weight los- ing behavior between different majors was not statistically significant (x^2 = 1.30,P=0.25). Conclusion Colle- ges must attach great importance to body self-cognitive bias of students and they need to strengthen college students' education of correct self-cognition and help students to establish a correct attitude of their body to promote the sound development of their body and mind.
