摘　　要：介绍了社会网络分析理论,从用户信息查寻、跨学科合作、创新行为、网络媒介的使用、知识的传播、隐形知识管理等6个行为方面,阐述社会网络分析在国内外图情领域用户行为研究中的应用状况。The paper introduces theory of Social Network Analysis（SNA）, elaborates SNA＇s applications in user＇s behavior research in domestic and foreign library and information science, from 6 aspects of user＇s information seeking, interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation behavior, usage of web media, knowledge dissemination and invisible knowledge management.
