摘  要:通过查阅文献资料,运用问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法,以上海青少年群体为调查对象,以"30分钟体育生活圈"健身活动为调查重点,对上海市青少年参与体育健身活动的动机进行了分析,对上海青少年群体参与30分钟体育生活圈的现状进行调查,发现知道体育生活圈的青少年仅占20.9%;青少年参与运动项目的选择呈多样性特点,受到参与运动的动机以及时间的影响;在工作日除了参加学校的体育活动外,68.7%的青少年选择参加体育活动,地点主要集中在社区的公共场地等。小长假、周末、寒暑假大部分体育活动距离都在1000米以内;影响青少年参加"30分钟体育生活圈"的首要因素是健身意识。根据分析,提出充分发挥政府的职能、加大宣传力度、不断完善基础体育设施、发挥体育教师的榜样作用、给青少年足够的空间和时间,提供青少年健身发展所需要的专业健身指导员。By the methods of literature study, interview and field inspection and taking the Shanghai youngsters as the subjects, the authors analyzes the motivation of the Shanghai youngsters participating in fitness exercises. The survey focused on the "30-Minute Sports Life Circle". The result of the survey indicates that only 20.9% of the youngsters have heard of this sports life circle. The sports the youngsters choose are of great diversity. The motivation and time available often affect their participation. Apart from the sports aetivi-ties in schools during the weekdays, 68.7% of the youngsters like to do exercises in the pubhc fields of the communities. In short break holidays, weekends and winter and summer vacations, they take part in exercise on the fields usually within 1000 meters. The main factor affecting their participation in "30-Minute Sports Life Circle" is fitness awareness. According to the analysis of the survey, the article proposes to bring into full play the government function, enhance the promotion, continuously perfect the fundamental sports facilities, set the examples of the PE teachers, leave enough room and time to the youngsters and provide professional fitness instructors tbr the fitness development of the young people.
