摘　　要：机电设备故障诊断与维修课程是安徽科技学院应用型示范本科专业的核心课程,教学过程中主要培养学生解决工程问题的能力,包括运用数字信号处理技术分析机械设备的振动故障,通过电路分析机电设备的电路故障等。在教学实践中,应用斯沃数控维修软件,以数控机床为载体,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,取得了较好的教学效果。The mechanical and electrical equipment fault diagnosis and repair program is a professional core course in our application-oriented demonstration undergraduate university. The main target is to train students to solve engineering problems in the teaching process, including the vibration of machinery and equipment failures of digital signal processing technol ogy, and the circuit failure of mechanical and electrical equipment through circuit analysis. In teaching practice, the application of Swatch CNC repairing software to CNC machine tools as a carrier is proposed, and help students analyze and solve problems, then obtain better teaching results.
