摘　　要：醇化对复烤片烟品质的提升起到了重要作用,综述了复烤片烟的醇化机制及自然醇化过程中品质评价指标的变化规律,并探讨了影响自然醇化效果的因素,最后提出了目前自然醇化研究面临的几个关键问题,并对烟叶醇化的研究和发展前景进行了展望。Alcoholization plays an important role in improving the quality of redried lamina of flue-cured tobacco. This paper introduced the alcoholization mechanism and the variation of quality evaluation inde-xes of redried lamina during the natural alcoholization,and discussed the factors affecting the effect of na-tural alcoholization,put forward several key issues that the natural alcoholization research faces currently, and finally prospected the development foreground of natural alcoholization.
