摘 要:为了确定吊金钱(Ceropegia woodii)和鸭跖草(Commelina communis)2种花卉挥发物的抑菌活性,首先利用顶端动态采集和GC/MS分析方法,检测其主要成分。结果表明,在2种花卉挥发物中,莰烯、α-蒎烯和桉树脑3种萜烯化合物含量很高,其中莰烯在2种花卉挥发物中的相对含量分别为3.83%、14.91%,α-蒎烯分别为5.89%、31.06%,桉树脑分别为33.80%、0.45%。以唐菖蒲腐烂病、番茄早疫病、玉米附球菌叶斑病、洋葱黑曲霉病的病原菌为供试菌种,采用生长速率法对上述3种主要挥发物的抑菌活性进行测定,结果显示,α-蒎烯、莰烯、桉树脑均具有显著的抑菌效果,综合对比表明,抑菌能力由大到小为:α-蒎烯>桉树脑>莰烯。因此,2种花卉可用于新型植物农药的开发。In order to determine the antimicrobial activity of the volatiles from flowers Ceropegia woodii and Commelina communis,the gas samples were collected by dynamic top collection method,and analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that, camphene ( 3. 83% and 14. 91% from the two floral species, respectively),α-pinene(5. 89% and 31. 06%),and eucalyptole(33. 80% and 0. 45%) were most abundant. The fungistatic activity of the three terpene compounds against four fungal species, Alternaria solani,Penicillium gladioli,Epicoccum nigrum and Aspergillus niger was evaluated by mycelial growth-rate method. The results showed that α-pinene, camphene and eucalyptole all had remarkable fungistatic activity against the tested fungal pathogens. The overall fungistatic activity of α-pinene was the highest, followed by eucalyptole and then camphene. The two species of flowers could be used for development of new type of plant fungicides.
