摘  要:目的:探讨一种复合型脑肿瘤组织及细胞芯片的构建方法。方法:设计布有各级别胶质瘤瘤组织、人脑胶质瘤培养细胞共99例的复合芯片,应用组织芯片仪制作芯片蜡块,切片后进行的Rb"EnVision"法免疫组化染色。结果:含有脑肿瘤组织及体外培养瘤细胞的组织芯片排列整体,免疫组化染色效果好。结论:应用组织芯片制作技术构建复合型脑肿瘤组织及细胞芯片简单易行,结果可靠,开创了一种制作脑肿瘤复合生物芯片的方法。Objective: To explore a novel method of constructing compound biochip containing brain tumor tissues and glioma ceils cultured in vitro. Method: To design cell mieroarrays containing 99 specimens, including human glioma tissues and glioma cells cultured in vitro.A tissue microarray instrument was used to fabricate tissues and cell microarray paraffin blocks, which were made into slices and immunohistoehemistry staining for Rb by "EnVision" method.Result: The dots of mieroarrays arranged orderly, its morphology were preserved well and effect of immunohistochemistrical staining were reliable. Conclusion: Using Tissue Microarray Technique to fabricate compound biochip containing brain tumor tissues and glioma cells is simple, reliable and cost- effective, which innovates a novel technology for establishing compound bioehip.
