摘  要:可变喷嘴涡轮增压器(VNT)是改善高增压柴油机部分负荷性能的重要技术措施,其控制系统是VNT柴油机的重要组成部分。以单片机为控制核心,根据信号类型特点设计外围电路,以步进电机为执行机构,编制了控制程序,实现了数据采集、步进电机驱动等功能。运行结果表明,控制系统采集信号稳定、可靠,可以根据控制算法对VNT扩压器喷嘴叶片位置进行有效控制。Variable nozzle turbocharger ( part load performance of the high supercharged VNT) is an important technical measure to improve the diesel engine, its control system is an important part of the VNT diesel engine. Regarding the ATmega128 single chip microcomputer as the core, The periph eral circuit was designed according to the type of signal characteristic, stepper motor was used as the ac tuator, the control program can be compiled, the function of data acquisition, algorithm implementation were all available. At last, Using special VNT signal simulator test the control system, the results show that the control system is stable and reliable. It can control the position of turbocharger diffuser nozzle blade under according to the control algorithm of VNT effectively.
