摘　　要：目的探讨脾脏血管肉瘤的临床表现、影像学特点、病理诊断。方法回顾2004年至2013年2例脾血管肉瘤患者的临床资料,分析其临床病理及影像学特点,以提高脾血管肉瘤诊断方法。结果其中1例行脾、肝肿物手术切除,经病理及免疫组织化学证实,另1例伴肝转移,超声引导下肝组织活检经病理及免疫组织化学证实。结论脾血管肉瘤酷似于脾海绵状血管瘤影像学表现,超声引导下穿刺活检可获得脾血管肉瘤病理诊断结果。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics , imaging, pathological diagnosis and therapeutic managements of splenic angiosarcoma . Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with splenic angiosarcoma treated from 2004 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital .Their clinical and imaging characteristics of splenic angiosarcoma were analyzed to improve the diagnostic efficacy of this disease. Results One patient underwent combined resection of the spleen and hepatic tumor , and final diagnosis was confirmed by patological and immunohistochemical examination .Another patient with liver metastases received ultrasound-guided biopsy and pathological and immunohistochemical examination . Conclusions Splenic angiosarcoma mimics the image of splenic hemangioma .Biopsy of the tumor under the guide of ultrasound could acquire the pathological result of this disease .
