摘　　要：Treg细胞是具有抑制效应T细胞作用的一类T细胞亚群,在肿瘤免疫抑制方面具有重大作用,可阻止机体免疫系统消灭肿瘤组织。在肝癌患者的外周血及肿瘤组织中大量存在,患者体内Treg细胞数量的比例与肿瘤患者的愈后呈反比。通过活化及分泌一些抑制性因子发挥作用。本文旨在对该类细胞在肝癌组织细胞生长及增殖中抑制作用研究进展做一简要综述。Treg （ Regulatory T cell ） is an important subset of T cells with inhibition effect , which play a key role in tumor immunosuppression and prevent the body＇s immune system to eliminate tumor tissue . An increased number of Tregs has been detected in the peripheral blood and tumor tissue of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma .The number of Treg cells in the patient＇body is proportional to the prognosis of patients with liver cancer , through the activation and secretion some inhibitory factors .The aim of this paper was to review the progress in research that Tregs＇inhibition function in the growth and proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells .
