摘 要:针对颗粒调剖剂在高温高盐油藏中存在抗高温高盐性能差、吸水后容易破碎且保水性不好的问题,本文采用插层聚合方法研制了聚合物/纳米层状硅酸盐系列复合颗粒(Polymer/Nano Layer Silicate Particle,NPLS)。对该系列颗粒进行微观结构表征,红外光谱图(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy,FTIR)显示了疏水单体的功能基团与蒙脱石的特征基团,X射线衍射(X-ray Diffraction,XRD)发现蒙脱石(?montmorillonite,MMT)的层间距扩大了0.462~0.556 nm,证明单体实现了蒙脱石的层间插层并在原位聚合形成了纳米剥离的复合材料。室内研究了NPLS系列的耐温抗盐性能,发现基于钠基蒙脱石MMT3制备的调剖剂NPLS-3具备优异的性能。NPLS-3在120℃、220000mg/L矿化度中,膨胀倍数为5~7倍,且在30天内保持稳定,韧性系数可达0.9以上,适合高温高盐油藏的调剖。When utilized in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs, particle profile control agents have several problems as follows:poor toleration to high temperature and high salinity, tendency to shatter after absorbing water, and poor water retention property. Aiming at solving those problems, Polymer/Nano Layer Silicate Particles (NPLS)were developed using intercalative polymerization method in this study. The mierostructure eharacteriziations were conducted for this particle series. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrosopy(FTIR) showed the hydrophobic monomer's functional groups and the montmorillonite's(MMT) characteristic groups. X- ray Diffraction(XRD) showed that the interlayer spacing of MMT expands by 0. 462 - 0. 556 nm. It indicates that the momomer has intercalated into the interlayer of MMT, and generated Nano stripping composites after in situ polymerization. NPLS's toleration to high temperature and high salinity was studyed in laboratory. The profile control agent NPLS-3 ,which was developed from Nathium montmorillonite MMT3 ,had excellent property, at 120℃ when salinity is 220000 mg/L, swelling ratio of NPLS-3 ranged from 5 to 7, which would maintain in a month, and toughness factor of NPLS-3 can be more than 0. 9. NPLS-3 is suitable for profile control in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs.
