摘  要:在β-环糊精水溶液动态反应过程中,通过反应体系中β-环糊精诱导苯甲砜产生的激发荧光光谱建立了一种可实时、准确检测苯甲硫醚氧化反应体系中苯甲砜含量的方法,据此可判断反应的进程。结果表明,在水溶液体系中β-环糊精可显著提高苯甲砜的荧光发射强度。苯甲硫醚或苯甲亚砜可对苯甲砜的荧光发射强度产生明显干扰,最大误差分别可达37.5%和21.9%。加入适量的β-环糊精后,苯甲硫醚或苯甲亚砜对苯甲砜荧光发射强度的干扰作用显著降低,最大误差分别仅为1.6%和1.0%。β-环糊精激发荧光光谱适用于实时检测苯甲硫醚氧化反应体系(β-环糊精水溶液中)中苯甲砜的含量,回收率为100.1~101.3%之间。此研究结果为监控β-环糊精水溶液反应体系的反应进程提供了一种快速、准确的方法。In the process of the oxidation of methyl phenyl sulfide in β-CD aqueous solution, a novel enhancement fluorescence spectrometry method for the real-time determination of methyl phenyl sulfone was established. The results indicated that the presence of β-CD could result in the enhancement of fluorescence emission intensities of methyl phenyl sulfone. The maximum errors of fluorescence emission intensities of methyl phenyl sulfone could respectively reach to 37. 5% or 21.9% due to the interference effects of methyl phenyl sulfoxide or methyl phenyl sulfide in aqueous solution,which could be greatly reduced by adding appropriate amount of β-CD, and the maximum errors of fluorescence emission intensities of methyl phenyl sulfone could respectively reduce to 1. 6% or 1.0%. The real-time concentration of methyl phenyl sulfone could be determined by the enhancement fluorescence spectra in the oxidation of methyl phenyl sulfide in the aqueous β-CD solution, and the recovery rates of the determined methyl phenyl sulfone was within 100. 1 - 101.3%. In this paper,a quick and accurate method was provided for the monitoring of reaction systems similar to the oxidation of methyl phenyl sulfide in the aqueous β-CD solution.
