摘　　要：本文以4-苄氧基苯丙酮和4-羟基苄醇为原料,经溴化、吲哚环化、氯化、缩合、氢解、成盐等6步反应制得了醋酸巴多昔芬,所得目标产物经质谱、核磁共振氢谱确证,总收率达到27.47%。Bazedoxifene acetate was synthesized through six steps. It was got by bromination, cyclization of indole, chlorination, condensation, hydrogenation and acidification starting from 4-benzyloxypropiophenone and 4-hydmxybenzyl alcohol. The target compound was identified by MS and ^1H NMIL The total yield was about 27.47%.
