摘 要:目的:研究手术切除联合放射性粒子组织间放疗对肝癌患者血清学指标的影响。方法:选择在本院接受手术治疗的120例肝癌患者作为研究对象,分为联合治疗组和单纯手术组,治疗后采集血清检测miRNAs、肝癌标志分子以及Wnt信号分子的含量。结果:(1)miRNAs:与单纯手术组血清中miRNAs含量比较,联合治疗组血清中miR-1、miR-10a、miR-451含量较高,miR-106b、miR-224含量较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)肝癌标志分子:与单纯手术组血清肿瘤标志分子含量比较,联合治疗组血清中AFP-L3、GP73、sB7-H3、AFU、Cat S含量均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)Wnt信号分子:与单纯手术组血清中Wnt信号分子含量比较,联合治疗组血清中Wnt、β-catenin、CyclinD1、cmyc、CD44v6、VEGF的mRNA含量较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术切除联合放射性粒子组织间放疗有助于调节miRNAs含量、降低肝癌标志分子含量、抑制Wnt信号通路功能,是治疗肝癌的理想方法。Objective: To explore the influence of surgical excision combined with radioactive particles interstitial brachytherapy on serum indexes of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods.. A total of 120 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma received surgical treatment in our hospital were chosen and divided into combined treatment group and simple sur- gery group. Serum was collected after treatment and contents of miRNAs, hepatocellular carcinoma markers and Wnt signal molecules were detected. Results: (1) miRNAs;compared with serum miRNAs contents of simple surgery group, serum miR- 1, miR-10a and miR-451 contents of combined treatment group were higher~ miR-106b and miR-224 contents were lower; (2) hepatocellular carcinoma markers: compared with serum hepatocellular carcinoma marker contents of simple surgery group, serum AFP-L3, GP73, sB7-H3, AFU and Cat S contents of combined treatment group were all lowerl (3) Wnt signal mole-cules: compared with serum Wnt signal molecule contents of simple surgery group, serum mRNA contents of Wnt, 13 catenin, CyclinD1, c-myc, CD44v6 and VEGF of combined treatment group were lower. Gonclusion: Surgical excision combined with radioactive particles interstitial brachytherapy is helpful to regulate miRNAs contents, reduce hepatoeellular carcinoma marker contents and inhibit Wnt signal pathway functiom ifs an ideal method in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
