复方红豆杉胶囊联合调强放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方红豆杉胶囊联合调强放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法60例老年中晚期食管癌患者随机分为2组，联合治疗组30例，在调强放疗的同时联合应用复方红豆杉胶囊，单纯放疗组30例仅给予单纯常规放疗，比较2组临床疗效和毒副反应。结果联合治疗组总有效率为90．00％，单纯放疗组总有效率为66．67％，差异有统计学意义（x^2=8．153，P=0．037）。2组毒副反应相似，且多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，经处理后均可恢复正常。结论复方红豆杉胶囊联合调强放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌疗效好，毒副反应能耐受。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fufang hongdoushan capsule combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Sixty elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the combined treatment group （30 patients were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy and fufang hongdoushan capsule） and the radiother- apy alone group （30 patients were treated with routine radiation therapy）, the clinical effect and toxicities were com- pared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates were 90.00% and 66.67% in the combined treat- ment group and the radiotherapy alone group, respectively （x^2 = 8. 153,P = 0. 037 ）. The toxicities in the combined treatment group were similar to those in the radiotherapy alone group, the toxicities were mild and tolerable. Conclu- sion Fufanghongdoushan capsule combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy is effect and safe for elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer.
