摘　　要：从领会学习总书记系列重要讲话的必要性出发,提出了学习《习近平总书记系列重要讲话读本》的立体式研读方式,从国际、国内、党内三个维度来条分缕析该读本的时代背景,以期加深对《读本》的领会和理解,更好地指导实践活动。Starting from the necessity of understanding the series of important speech of the general secretary, a stereo learning way of Important Speeches of General Secretary Xljinping is put forward from the international, domestic, the three dimensions by making a careful and detailed analysis to deepen the understanding and comprehension of the speeches and to better guide our practice.
