基于考核“偏好”指标性分析与M-SVM信息预测的区域交通规划——以榆林地区为例

摘　　要：研究区域交通规划问题,提出综合SVM等方法预测的M-SVM方法。结合发达国家交通建设经验,研究中国某经济后发地区的交通规划战略及其目标任务。分析当下党政领导班子和领导干部考核指标对区域交通规划的导向性和局限性,提出了基于内容偏好的指标分析方法,构建了交通部门规划业务考核指标系统,预测了相关指标量。The transportation planning problems of local governments are studied. The method of M-SVM is used by the research- ers. For the construction experiences of America today, the strategy and its goals of transportation planning of Chinese local gov- ernment were thought about. The evaluation index of local government today is limited but guiding the direction of transportation development in the future, so the index systems are provided but based on ＂preferences＂ of contents. The evaluation index of traffic planning is used. Some of the value of index is predicted.
