摘 要:目的观察以树突状细胞(DC)为基础的瘤苗对裸鼠接种的乳癌瘤块的抑制效果。方法使用裸鼠建立乳腺癌肿瘤动物模型,然后将裸鼠随机分为两组,分别注射生理盐水和热休克法制备的树突状细胞肿瘤苗。至第35天处死小鼠测量肿瘤体积并称量肿瘤重量。结果注射树突状细胞肿瘤瘤苗组肿瘤生长得到明显抑制,与生理盐水对照组比较,P<0.01。结论树突状细胞肿瘤瘤苗对乳腺癌裸鼠模型瘤块有治疗效果。[Objective] To study the therapeutic efficacy of dentritic cell loaded with breast cancer tumorpeptide. [Method] Animal models of breast cancer tumors were established in nude mice. Then the mice which were randomly divided into two groups were injected with saline, vaccine loaded with tumorpeptide made by heat-treating way. The weight and volume of tumor was measured 35 days later. [Results] Breast cancer cells were inhibited significantly by vaccine loaded with tumorpeptide. There was significant difference between the two groups, P 〈 0.01. [ Conclusions ] The protocol of vaccine loaded with tumorpeptide is an optimal protocol on inhibition of the growth of the new planted tumors in the nude mice.
