摘　　要：目的分析术前应用曲妥珠单抗联合新辅助化疗对乳腺癌患者血清中血管新生因子及乳腺组织中凋亡相关分子的影响。方法选择2011年12月-2013年12年在该院接受住院治疗的乳腺癌患者116例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所有入组患者分为观察组(58例)接受曲妥珠单抗联合新辅助化疗,对照组(58例)接受单纯新辅助化疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、血清血管新生因子水平和乳腺组织凋亡相关分子水平差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)比例高于对照组,疾病进展(PD)、疾病稳定(SD)比例低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的血清血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)、VEGFB和VEGFC水平均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的乳腺癌组织Caspase-3、捕获受体3(Dc R3)、Livin、Survivin和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论术前应用曲妥珠单抗联合新辅助化疗有助于提升乳腺癌患者的治疗效果,降低血清中血管新生因子及乳腺组织凋亡相关分子表达水平。[Objective] To analysis the influence of preoperative application of trastuzumab combined to neoadjuvant chemotherapy on breast cancer patients＂ serum angiogenic factors and apoptosis related molecules. [Methods ] A total of 118 patients with breast cancer between December 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were chosen as research objects. According to random indicator method they were divided into observation group （58 cases） received trastuzumab combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, control group （58 cases） received pure neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Serum levels of angiogenic factors and breast tissue apoptosis related molecules were compared. [ Results ] In the observation group, CR, PR ratios were higher, PD, SD ratios were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Serum VEGFA, VEGFB, VEGFC levels of bservation group patients were significantly lower than those of control group patients （P 〈 0.05）. Breast cancer tissue Caspase 3, DcR3, Livin, Survivin, cox-2 expression levels of observation group patients were lower than those of control group patients （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Preoperative application of trastuzumab combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can help improve therapeutic effect of breast cancer patients, reduce the expression level of serum angiogenic factors and breast tissue apoptosis related molecules.
