摘  要:目的分析鱼油脂肪乳治疗对胃癌根治术后患者炎症反应及全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)发生情况的影响。方法选择在该院接受住院治疗的胃癌根治术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受术后常规治疗的对照组和接受术后早期鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗的观察组,比较两组患者的炎症因子水平、免疫功能和全身炎症反应综合征发生情况等差异。结果观察组患者接受鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗后的细胞免疫及体液免疫水平明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后SIRS发生率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗有助于抑制胃癌根治术后患者的炎症反应,提升机体免疫功能,降低术后SIRS发生率。[ Objective ] To analyze the effect of fish oil fat emulsion on gastric cancer radical surgery patients' inflammation level and systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) occurrence. [Methods] The patients received gastric cancer radical surgery in our hospital were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into control group with regular treatment, and observation group with early postoperative fish oil fat emulsion treatment. The inflammatory cytokines level, immune function and SIRS occurrence rate in two groups were compared. [Results] The CRP, IL-6, TNF-e~ levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). The cellular immunity and humoral immunity levels in observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). The postoperative incidence of SIRS in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusions ] Fish oil fat emulsion could help inhibit inflammatory reaction in patients with radical gastric cancer surgery, and improve the body's immune function, reduce incidence of postoperative SIRS.
