摘  要:目的了解妊娠糖尿病(GDM)的脂代谢特点。方法分析该院GDM的流行病学调查资料,比较GDM组和正常糖耐量(NGT组)血脂、血糖变化,分析血脂与血糖、体重指数及肝酶等指标的相关性。结果GDM组三酰甘油明显高于NGT组,而胆固醇在两组间差异无统计学意义。三酰甘油与空腹及糖负荷后1和2 h均显著相关,而胆固醇与孕期血糖变化无显著性相关。血脂与体重指数、肝酶无相关性。结论 GDM脂代谢紊乱以三酰甘油明显升高为特点,高TG血症是GDM的独立危险因素。[ Objective ] To understand the character of the metabolism of blood lipid in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). [ Methods ] The status of the epidemiological investigation of gestational diabetes mellitus in the first affiliated hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology was analyzed, the blood lipid and blood glu- cose between GDM group and NGT group were compared, the relativity between blood lipid and blood glucose, body mass index, hepatic enzyme was analyzed. [Results] The blood triglyceride in GDM group was obviously higher than that in NGT group, but there was no significant difference in blood cholesterol between two groups. There was significant correlation between triglyceride and fasting blood glucose and lh postprandial blood glucose and 2h post- prandial blood glucose. There was no significant correlation between blood cholesterol and blood glucose. There was no significant correlation between blood lipid and hepatic enzyme and BMI. [ Conclusions ] The higher blood triglyc- eride is a characteristic of lipid metabolism in GDM, higher blood triglyceride is an independent risk factor in GDM.
