摘  要:将240名学生随机分为接受PDCA循环和未纳入PDCA循环组,引入PDCA循环、提高肿瘤学临床带教质量,根据PDCA循环管理程序,改革临床实习管理模式。结果显示:纳入PDCA循环组学生的平均成绩显著提高,肿瘤科临床带教工作效率大幅度提高,临床实习带教质量显著提高。通过PDCA循环不断发现新问题、修订计划、实施,不断规范教学管理行为,提高临床带教老师水平,从而达到提高临床教学质量的目的。A total of 240 students were randomly divided into accepting PDCA cycle and not included in the PDCA circulation group. Based on the PDCA cycle management, to reform the mode of clinical practice teaching manage- ment. Group into the PDCA cycle, with an average score increased significantly. The practice of teaching management enter into the efficient, orderly and standarlized orbital and the practice teaching quality improved significantly too. Through the PDCA cycle, we can find new problems continuously, change the plan and implementation, standardize teaching management, and improve the level of clinical teaching teacher. In the end we can achieve the goal of im- proving the quality of clinical teaching.
