摘  要:目的研究基于网络俱乐部的骨质疏松(OP)健康教育的应用价值。方法 2011年3月~2013年9月,招募190例门诊OP患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组实施电话OP健康教育,实验组实施基于网络俱乐部的OP健康教育。实施12个月后评价两组患者的认知水平、自我效能、健康行为、骨密度(BMD)、骨折发生率、焦虑抑郁和满意度。结果实施12个月后,实验组认识水平和自我效能较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);实验组每日食物钙摄入量和承重运动时间较对照组多,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);实验组用药坚持性和安全防范程度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);实验组BMD提高率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组间骨折发生率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);实验组焦虑和抑郁水平均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组患者对交流状态、交流时间、症状控制、信息支持和社会心理支持的满意度以及总体满意度均较对照组高,差异均有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论基于网络俱乐部的OP健康教育能有效影响患者的知识、效能和行为,进而有效提高患者的BMD,且能有效缓解患者的负面心理,从而获得很高的患者满意度。Objective To study the effect of health education based on a online club on osteoporosis(OP). Methods 190 outpatients with OP from March 2011 to September 2013 were recruited, then they were randomly divided into a control group and a experimental group. The control group was given health education by telephone, while the experimental group was given health education based on a online club. After twelve-month health education, the two groups were e- valuated from knowledge, self-efficacy, behavior, bone mineral density (BMD), fracture incidence, anxiety, depression and satisfaction. Results After twelve-month health education, the knowledge level and self-efficacy of the experimen- tal group were both higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The daily calcium intake by food and ex- ercise time of the experimental group were more than those of the control group(P〈0.01). The compliance with medica- tion and safety precaution of the experimental group were both better than those of the control group (P〈0.05 or 0.01). The increase rate of BMD of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups on fracture incidence(P〉0.05). The anxiety and depression of the experimental group were lighter than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The satisfaction with communication state, communication time, symptom management, information support and psychosocial support and the general satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion For outpatients with OP, health education based on a online club on osteoporosis(OP) has positive impact on their OP knowledge, self-efficacy and behavior, can improve their BMD effectively, can alleviate their negative psychological, and is appreciated highly by them.
