血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平与肺癌患病风险关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清高敏C-反应蛋白（high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hsCRP）水平与肺癌患病风险的关联性。方法 病例组选取术前行hsCRP检测的87例初诊肺癌患者,对照组来源于同期在开滦总医院行健康体检,完成hsCRP检测的唐山市社区健康居民,采用随机抽样方法,依照年龄与性别1∶2匹配,共174例。采用多因素Logistic回归分析hsCRP水平与肺癌患病的风险（OR）及其95%可信区间（CI）。结果 血清hsCRP水平呈非正态分布。肺癌组和对照组hsCRP水平分别为2.00mg/L（0.05～24.50mg/L）、0.81mg/L（0.05～18.20mg/L）,肺癌组hsCRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。调整年龄、性别、吸烟与饮酒后,多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,hsCRP水平最高（hsCRP〉3mg/L）组患肺癌的风险是hsCRP水平较低（hsCRP〈1mg/L）组的4.43倍（95%CI为1.55～12.66）。结论 血清hsCRP水平可能与肺癌患病风险有关。ObjeetiveTo evaluate the association between high sensitivity C- reactive protein （hsCRP） and the risk of lung cancer. Methods Eighty - seven newly diagnosed lung cancer patients in Tangshan city who detected hsCRP before operation were enrolled in the study. One hundred seventy- four healthy peo- ple lived in Tangshan city were selected using stratified random sampling method, to match the ratio of 1 ： 2 （age and gender）, and hsCRP were tested for all of them. Multivariable logistic proportional hazards re- gression models were used to estimate levels of hsCRP and risk of lung cancer. Results The level of hsCRP was higher in lung cancer group than that in healthy people group （P〈0.05）. Multivariable logistic regres- sion analysis indicated that subjects in the highest level （〉3mg/L） of hsCRP group were associated with a significantly increased risk of lung cancer （ OR = 4.43, 95 % CI = 1.55～ 12.66） compared with those in the lowest level （〈ling/L） of hsCRP group, after adjustment for age, gender, smoking and alcohol consump- tion. Conclusion Elevated levels of hsCRP may be associated with increased risk of lung cancer.
