摘　　要：传统上,IT商业价值研究从计量经济学、财务学、产业组织理论和资源基础观等方向展开,但是随着IT应用的推进及其影响的扩散,这类变量的效度正面临越来越大的挑战。相比之下,基于管理认知的构念能够反映管理认知影响决策行为的现实,丰富IT商业价值的内涵,与传统研究互为补充。归纳了与IT商业价值研究相关的管理认知研究视角,包括信息处理理论、个人构念理论、意会理论和技术框架理论等,阐述了管理者如何使用自我建立的知识结构等心智模式,对环境进行留意、感知、意会和赋予意义的过程,分析了外部和内部因素如何影响到管理者的认知,而管理者的认知又如何影响到其后续的决策行为,并提出了该领域的研究机会。This paper discusses the applicability of the managerial cognition perspective to investigate information technologies(IT)businessvalue. Traditionally, IT business value studies are conducted from the perspectives of econometrics, finance, industrial organization theory andthe resource-based view, which are facing increasing challenges in terms of validities of research variables. Alternatively, constructs based onmanagerial cognition are regarded as reflections of the reality that decision-making behavior is constrained by managerial cognition, as well asenrichment of the concept of IT business value. This paper summarizes the application of cognitive-based theories to IT business value studies,including information processing theory, personal construct theory, sense-making argument and technology frame studies. These research streamsdescribe how the managers use self-established mental templates such as knowledge structure on the environment to generate perceptions,intentions and meaning, thus explaining how external and internal factors affect the managers' cognition, and how the cognition affects decision-making behavior in turn. This paper also discusses the implications of applying managerial cognition perspective on IT business value researchand the possible further studies.
