美国电影分级制及其借鉴意义

摘　　要：从电影审查到电影分级,美国的电影管理制度经历了从政府强行干预到行业自愿分级的发展过程。现行的美国电影分级制度在政府、行业与受众之间找到了平衡点,避免了官方的审查,调节了电影与社会道德之间的冲突,满足了公众对电影艺术的多元化追求。它是美国电影审查制度和表达自由博弈的结果,也是商业利益与社会责任的结合的体现。The US movie management system bears witness to its development from the censorship of the government com- pulsory intervention to the voluntary rating of the movie industry. This type of movie rating system indicates a balanced point among the government, movie industry and the audience, avoiding the official review, adjusting the conflict between the film and the social morality, and meeting the public＇ s pursuit of film art diversification. Meanwhile, it shows a combination of business interests and social responsibility, as well as a result of the US movie censorship system and the freedom of expression.
