摘 要:随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市污泥大量产生,环境污染日益加剧,高含水率特质已成为制约污泥无害化处置的关键控制因子。明确污泥脱水性能影响因素,对于污泥强化脱水和安全管理具有重要指导意义。文章系统探讨了胞外聚合物(EPS)含量/组分、粒径分布、Zeta电位(ζ)和黏度等因素对污泥脱水性能的影响规律与作用机制,为强化污泥脱水、构建污泥脱水技术新体系提供理论参考。The increase in wastewater treatment activities has been confronted with a dramatically increased amount of waste sludge. A common characteristic of different types of sludge is the high moisture content, which represents a major obstacle for sludge treatment and disposal in an environmental friendly manner. The clarification of factors affecting the dewaterability of sludge is very significant for sludge dewatering and subsequent management. In this review, the effects of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS),particle distribution, Zeta potential(ζ), and viscosity etc. on sludge dewaterability, and responsible mechanisms were illustrated systematically, which will further serve as a theoretical basis for the development of innovative and environmentally friendly technologies addressing the sludge issues.
