摘　　要：高职生在求职就业和职业发展过程中,由于主、客观因素的影响,存在很多问题。基于文献研究,对高职生就业与职业发展教育问题及其形成原因等方面进行了综述,分析已有研究对解决高职生就业和职业发展教育问题的借鉴意义,提出改进措施,完善高职生就业体系。in the process of employment and career development of higher vocational students, because of the influence of the subjective and objective factors, there are a lot of problems. In view of the literature re- search, to the problem of employment and career development education of higher vocational students, etc were reviewed, and the reasons of analysis of the existing research to solve the problem of employment and career development education of higher vocational students for reference, put forward the improvement measures, improve the employment system of higher vocational students.
