摘　　要：目的探讨麦默通真空辅助抽吸旋切系统(MMT)在微创诊治乳腺囊肿中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年12月重庆医科大学附属第一医院收治的行MMT切除的乳腺囊肿患者32例,共切除67个病灶。结果 32例患者的67处病灶均采用MMT切除,术后病理结果提示囊性增生症病灶56个,乳腺囊性增生伴纤维腺瘤形成7个,不典型增生2个,乳腺癌2个。2例乳腺癌患者及时行手术治疗,其他患者术后伤口愈合良好,无明显手术瘢痕,乳房无变形。结论 MMT切除乳腺囊肿具有简单安全、微创美观等特点,可发现乳腺癌前病变和乳腺癌,但需要严格控制手术适应证。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of stereotactic or ultrasound-guided vacuum- assisted Mammotome（MMT） system in minimally invasive surgery for breast cysts. Methods 32 patients with breast cysts in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2012 to December 2013 were performed the MMT excision and 67 lesions were resected. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Re- sults Among 32 cases of breast cysts,67 lesions were removed by MMT. Postoperative pathological examination re- vealed cystic hyperplasia in 56 lesions, breast cystic hyperplasia accompanying fibroadenoma formation in 7 lesions, a- typical hyperplasia in 2 lesions and breast cancer in 2 lesions. 2 cases of breast cancer were taken appropriate and timely surgical treatment. The wound of other patients was healed well without obvious scar and breast deformation.
