摘 要:研究以急性白血病为基础的见习方式,即先完整的见习急性白血病,在此基础之上再见习其他病种,对于学生学习积极性的影响以及能否提高学习效果。以中山大学2011级临床医学90名学生作为研究对象,按见习方式分为随机见习即临床有某种病例就见习该种(对照组),和以急性白血病为基础的见习(实验组),两组学生见习结束前采用问卷调查和典型病例分析测试。结果发现在激发学习兴趣、加深对知识理解、对所应用教学方法的满意度方面,实验组的调查分数均高于对照组。典型病例分析测试,实验组的成绩高于对照组。因此以急性白血病为基础的见习可以激发学生的学习兴趣、加深他们对血液专科知识理解,提高学生学习效果,从而为学生进入临床实习打好基础。A summary was made in this article concerning acute leukemia based learning probation of Hematology, assessing its effect on improving student’s learn interesting and understanding to hematology. 90 grade 2011 students in Sun yat-sen university were investigated and divided in group control with patients based probation learning according to the patients available in ward , group experiment with acute leukemia based learning probation. Inquiry investigation and case analysis test were given after probation. The evaluation to learn interesting, understanding to hematology disease, satisfaction to probation method ,and case analysis test in group experiment were approved more greatly than that in group control.So acute leukemia based learning probation could increase student’s learn interesting ,improving their understanding to hematology disease, then the students could get preparation for next clinical practicing.
