摘 要:试验选用山西省8个不同居群野生赖草(Leymus secalinus)资源,在山西太谷进行引种栽培,通过对其生产性能和营养成分的研究与分析,进而评价和筛选优质赖草种质,为野生赖草的开发利用、引种驯化以及品种选育提供理论依据。结果表明,8个赖草居群间除生殖枝数、单株小穗数、单株小花数和饱满种子数外,穗长、结实率和千粒重差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。种子繁殖性状主成分分析表明,前3个主成分因子中特征向量最大的分别为穗长、单株小花数和生殖枝数,3个主成分因子累积贡献率达到81.09%;对营养成分进行主成分分析,得到累积贡献率达87.89%的3个主成分,这3个主成分因子中特征向量最大的分别是粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分。综合生产性能和营养品质来看,右玉和浑源2个居群综合表现最好,可作为今后育种工作的重点选育对象。In order to provide theoretical basis for reasonably selecting and utilizing the genetic resources of Leymus secalinus,eight populations of L. secalinus from Shanxi Province were cultivated at Taigu,Shanxi. Production performance and nutrient contents of these populations were evaluated. Except with the numbers of fertile stems,spikelets,florets and seeds,seed reproduction traits including spike length,ripening rate and weight of 1 000 seeds were significantly different( P〈0. 05) among populations. The principal component analysis of seed reproduction traits showed that the first 3 principal component factors were spike length,floret and fertile stems and the cumulative contribution rate was up to 81. 09%. The principal component analysis of nutrient contents showed that the first3 principal component factors were crude protein,crude fat and crude ash and the cumulative contribution rate was87. 89%. The comprehensive analysis indicated that the production performance and nutrient contents of populations from Youyu and Hunyuan were the best,which could be used for breeding in the future.
