摘  要:采用高温固相反应法,以Ti O2、Bi2O3固体粉末为原料,制备不同比例、不同煅烧温度的Bi2O3-Ti O2复合光催化剂。同时,对制备的复合催化剂进行X-射线衍射(XRD)分析。分析发现,掺杂比列及煅烧温度对复合催化剂的晶体结构存在一定的影响。结果显示,Ti O2与Bi2O3存在一定的耦合,在煅烧温度为500℃,Bi2O3掺杂量为1.5%时制备的Bi2O3-Ti O2催化剂以是锐钛矿相为主,催化剂晶粒尺寸最小,通过对罗丹明B的降解实验发现,该条件下制备的复合催化剂,具有较高的可见光催化活性。A series of Bi2O3-TiO2 composite photocatalysts with different doping ratios and calcining temperature are prepared by applying high temperature solid phase reaction method with TiO2 and Bi2O3 powder as raw materials. The composite photocatalysts is conducted by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The results show that the different doping ratios and calcining temperatures have definite effects on the crystal structures of the composite photocatalysts. There are certain coupling between TiOz and Bi2O3. When TiO2 doping with 1.5 % Bi2O3 is calcined at 500℃, the Bi2O3-TiO2 composite photocatalysts are mainly anatase phase and have the minimum size. Meanwhile, the degradation ex- periment of Rhodamine B makes the composite photocatalysts present relatively high visible-light cata- lytic activity.
