摘　　要：目的:探讨XIAP、caspase-9在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法和PCR技术检测XIAP、caspase-9蛋白和mRNA在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况。结果:XIAP在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁肺组织,而caspase-9的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁肺组织(P<0.05),Real-time PCR结果与免疫组化结果一致。结论:XIAP在非小细胞肺癌中的表达明显上调,而caspase-9的表达则下调。XIAP在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达与caspase-9的表达呈负相关,两者表达的改变可能在非小细胞肺癌起重要作用。Objective： To investigate the expressions of XIAP and caspase-9 in no-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and their significances. Methods： XIAP and caspase-9 protein, and mRNA ex pression in NSCLC were detected by immunohisto-chemistry and PCR. Results： Imunohistochemi cal analysis showed that positive expression of XIAP protein was higher in NSCLC tissues than that in normal renal tissues, while the positive expression reover, the real-time PCR result was consistent with of caspase-9 protein is lower （P〈0.05）. Mothe result of immunohisto-chemistry. Conclu- sion： The XIAP protein expression was up-regulated while the caspase-9 protein expression was down-regulated in NSCLC tissues. There was a negative correlation between the positive expression of XIAP and caspase-9 in NSCLC, and their changes may play an important role in NSCLC development.
