摘　　要："转化"是当今临床科研的主要方向,而如何"转化"则是医学科研面对的一种挑战。临床科研创新源于临床实践,为解决临床问题而科研创新,最终实现科研成果的临床转化。临床诊疗决策是一个确定何人何时用何种诊疗方法的过程,其必然涉及新技术的选择与应用,涉及技术风险与伦理风险的考量。正确的临床决策建立在正确的科研思维基础上。因此,务必要树立转化中的科研精神,规避科研中的创新误区,防止诊疗中的决策失误,使科研技术真正成为诊治疾病和维护健康的有效工具。＂Transformation＂ is the main direction of clinical research today, however, how to ＂transform＂ is a challenge to the medical scientific research. The clinical scientific innovation comes from clinical practice and aims to solve clinical problems, ultimately to realize the transformation of scientific achievements in clinical practice. Clinical decision making is a process to determine who use what method at what time for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which will inevitably involve in the selection and application of new technology, also considerations to technical risks and ethical risk. Correct clinical decisions is based on correct scientific thinking. Therefore, we must establish the scientific spirit in the transformation, avoid the misunderstanding of innovation in scientific research, avoid making mistakes in diagnosis and treatment, and let technology becomes the effective tool for the maintenance of health.
