摘　　要：本文讨论了一级政府和多级政府税收与经济增长之间的关系,给出了最优税收的动态模型和最优税收的决定方法。同时,给出了相应的建议。This article discusses relationship between revenue and economic growth of one tier of government and multi-degree government, puts forwards the dynamic model and decision method of the optimal revenue and gives the corresponding suggestions.
