注射用黄芪多糖在胃癌术后化疗中的作用及化疗后毒副反应处理

摘　　要：目的观察注射用黄芪多糖在胃癌术后患者化疗中的辅助治疗作用,以及观察化疗药物的毒副反应。方法 90例胃癌术后患者依据治疗方式不同分为对照组46例和治疗组44例,比较两组术后恢复情况,化疗疗效及毒副反应,并总结化疗药物毒副反应的处理经验。结果治疗组较对照组辅助化疗疗效更好,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组较对照组化疗的毒副反应更轻,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且通过得当的处理,90例胃癌术后患者均完成6~8个周期化疗,没有因处理不当引发的问题。结论胃癌术后化疗患者加用注射用黄芪多糖可以提高化疗疗效,减轻化疗药物的毒副反应;同时,毒副反应临床护理得当,能够保证患者化疗周期如期顺利进行,促进医患和谐,提升医院服务水平。Objective To observe the effect of astragalus polysaccharide injection of adjuvant therapy after in postoper- ative gastric cancer chemotherapy and the toxicity of postoperative gastric cancer chemotherapy drugs. Methods Ninety postoperative gastric cancer patients were divided into the control group（n=46） and the teatment group（n=44） arranged by different treatment. The postoperative recovery,the chemotherapy and toxicity of astragalus polysaccharide injection were compared in the treatment group and the control group according to the research method of case-control, and the clinical nursing experience in handling of chemotherapy toxicity were summarized. Results The efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy was better in astragalus polysaccharide injection treatment group than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The toxicity of chemotherapy was lighter in astragalus polysaccharide injection treat- ment group than control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 6-8 cycles of chemotherapy were completed in 90 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients with proper clinical nursing,there were no questions which were caused by improper clinical nursing. Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide injection can improve the effi- cacy of chemotherapy for postoperative gastric cancer surgery and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy. Toxicity in post- operative gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy was clinical nursed properly, which can alleviate the suffering of patients and ensure that patients were planned to the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
