典型与非典型抗精神病药引起精神分裂症患者体位性低血压的对照研究及护理体会

摘　　要：目的：观察应用典型、非典型抗精神病药对精神分裂症进行治疗后对患者体位性低血压产生的影响及护理体会。方法：选择2012年2月-2013年12月在我院接受治疗的128例精神分裂症患者随机平分为典型组和非典型组各64例进行研究。结果：26例患者符合体位性低血压判定标准,所占比例为20.32%。其中典型组、非典型组分别为21例、5例。结论：应用典型或非典型抗精神病药物对精神分裂症进行治疗对患者的体位性低血压均会产生一定程度的影响。因此在使用典型或非典型抗精神病药对精神分裂症进行治疗时需加强护理干预。The purpose： Comparative analysis of typical applications, the impact of the atypical antipsychotic for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia were produced orthostatic hypotension and nursing.Method： Select the February 2012 December 2013 in our hospital treated 128 cases of schizophrenia patients randomly divided into typical and atypical group, each group 64 cases were studied. The result： 26 cases of patients met the criteria of orthostatie hypotension, the proportion was 20.31%. Where the typical group, atypical group were 21 cases, five cases. In conclusion： Application typical or atypical antipsyehotie treatment for the mentally ill patient orthostatie hypotension will produce a certain extent. Therefore, when using the typical or atypical antipsyehotic to treat schizophrenia patients need to strengthen the appropriate care intervention.
