谢晶日教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎常可伴发肠上皮化生或不典型增生,因有发生癌变的风险引起广泛重视,而现有研究提示中医在逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎方面可能具有一定的优势。谢晶日教授认为脾胃虚弱是本病发生的基础,瘀血是病理关键,常有肝郁及气阴不足的临床表现。治疗上提出以健脾为要,注重益气养阴,调畅情志,不忘化瘀解毒,以达防治双效,同时病证结合、舌镜互参。Chronic atrophic gastritis together usually with intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia has received extensive attention because of the risk of canceration, and existing research suggests that traditional Chinese medicine may have certain advantages in the aspect of reversing chronic atrophic gastritis. Professor Xie Jingri thinks the weakness of spleen and stomach is a basic reason of the disease, which often has clinical manifestations of stagnation of liver-Qi and deficiency of Qi and Yin, and blood stasis is the pathological key. He has proposed the treatment method. Firstly, strengthening spleen is the key to the treatment, at the same time, supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin and adjusting emotion is also very important. Secondly, in order to achieve the double effect of control and treatment, remembering to remove blood stasis and toxin is necessary. Finally, attaching great importance to tongue diagnosis and combining gastroscopy is needful.
